In his words
I don't care how the industry has always done it. The old way is slow, expensive and broken. I'll figure it out.
Who he is
Aged 21 to 32. A former entry-level worker, gig worker or recent graduate. Gets by on small savings, credit cards or a small loan.
How he thinks
He's comfortable with uncertainty and with failing. He wants financial freedom, to shake up industries that have stood still, and to prove people wrong.
What he's afraid of
Being stuck in a 9 to 5 forever. Running out of money before anyone notices what he's built.
What he brings
- Speed. He can change his whole plan overnight with nobody to ask.
- A huge capacity for work, and he's at home with AI tools and social media.
- Low living costs, so he can survive on very little for a long time.
The habit to watch
The hustle trap. Joe confuses effort with progress, and ignores contracts, tax and repeatable systems until a crisis forces the issue.
Executive Eddie and Hustling Joe are made-up profiles, built the way a business would describe its ideal customer. They are types, not real people.
