The £3k Lab
The other half of this site. Instead of just pulling other people's ideas apart, this is where I build my own and publish the numbers, including the months where the answer is nothing.
The rules
- Every project gets listed here, with what it costs to run and what it earns.
- Failures stay on the page. Deleting them would make this another highlight reel.
- Everything gets the same treatment as the teardowns. If I wouldn't recommend it to you, I won't pretend it's working for me.
The 30-Day AI Challenge
Five AI models, one brief, no budget. Each one has to build a business that actually makes money, and only real results count. Starting soon.
